This is only my own vision of Sotha, it has long since it came into my head after several returns into TES III (here I wrote why he looks in this way). As the result it turn into a certain explosive mixture of steampunk and fantasy, mostly based on fantasy.
I do not mind if you will pick up something from here. Do as you think fit. Anyway, you have absolutely different drawing style.
...The brackish water was planned initially, so I will add it later.
I hope you don't mind, but I might attempt my own depiction of this scene, and I might barrow some elements of you picture for it. I especially like the staff, but we will see, I haven't started on it at all.
